We did what would be considered ridiculous 10 years ago-- bought a house without actually visiting it in person, and Tricia and Bob helped make that happen!!! Two things enabled us to do this with confidence -- modern technology (internet and FaceTime) and a professional, committed real estate agent who gave us honest assessments, showed ultimate flexibility, and was there every step of the way.
